Delivery and Returns
- Free standard tracked delivery on UK Orders over £200, after coupons and discounts have been applied, otherwise the standard rate cost of £3.99 applies.
- Despatch times are within 2 working days.
- The Royal Mail Tracked 48 service will deliver your Grow Wild gear.
Europe and Worldwide:
- Your Grow Wild gear will be shipped from the UK using the Royal Mail International Tracked service (the parcel will be handed to a relevant carrier company within your country, but will continue to be tracked).
- Despatch times from Grow Wild are within 2 working days.
- Shipping costs for Europe are £9.99, with a delivery aim of 3-5 working days.
- Shipping costs for Worldwide are £14.99, with a delivery aim of 5-7 working days.
- Please do be aware that you may have to pay customs and import fees in order to receive your parcel, these vary depending on item bought and country delivered to.
Express Tracked Delivery
- Next day UK delivery is £6.99, using the Royal Mail Tracked 24 service.
- Please order before 1pm, for a weekday delivery. Orders on a Friday will be delivered on a Monday, Weekend orders delivered Tuesday. Over bank holidays, if ordering before 1pm on the weekday before the bank holiday we will aim to deliver the next working day.
Exchanges & Refunds
We have spent a lot of time making products that are just right for you, so we are sure that you will love them as much as we do. However we understand that it can be tough to trust a new item - particularly if you are a brand new customer - so we have decided to offer you free returns so you can feel confident to give our lovely kit a try.
If you’re not 100% happy with your new Grow Wild gear, simply return it to us. We know life can be hectic at this stage, so we're also offering a generous returns window - just get it back to us within 60 days of delivery.
How to return or exchange:
- Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.
- Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.
- Send all items back to us using the label provided.
Conditions:
- Just make sure you haven’t worn the item except to try on - and please no baby puke either - we do want someone else to love them instead :)
- Please leave any tags on and keep your garments in their original packaging when you return them to us.
- Our returns policy is subject to fair use - we are a small family business and processing returns takes up time we'd like to spend out and about together.
