How do I choose my size?

Did you know that approximately 80% of women are wearing the wrong size bra? We couldn't believe it either! This is also a time in your life when everything is changing - your ribcage expands during pregnancy, and those breasts will do all sorts of crazy growth ready to support your baby.

Can I wear a nursing bra while pregnant?

Yes definitely. These nursing sports bras are designed to be stretchy and supportive so they grow with you throughout pregnancy and breastfeeding. We also provide a free bra extender with this bra, so that it can grow and shrink with you as your body changes.

The bras don't have underwire, so won't place excess pressure over your growing milk ducts, and are constructed to provide maximum comfort and support, to prevent sensitive breasts from too much movement.
